We do our very best to get you your parcel as fast as we can.
If you live in a main city we will be able to deliver to your door within 2-7 working days.
Most JHB and Pretoria areas take only 2-4 working days.
Once we have sent your parcel we will email you with a confirmation, along with the courier details and tracking number.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
Please note that our return / exchange period is 2 weeks from the date of delivery.
For a refund:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply complete the Return/Exchange form and email:
A refund will be done in the form of a voucher or gift card so please provide details on the ‘Return/Exchange form’ when you return the goods.
For an exchange:
If you are wanting to change a size or exchange your garment, please either:
- Promptly email us a copy of the 'Return/Exchange' form (Please include your order number).
- Select the ‘Request a Return / Exchange’ option whilst viewing your order on our website and complete the form.
The forms will let us know what you are wanting to exchange so we can keep the item/size aside for you. If we are out of stock on your preferred exchange size, we will provide you with a credit voucher, so that you can shop any time in the future.
1. RETURNING THE ITEM YOURSELF:
Please return the item/s along with completed Return/Exchange form to: 19 Radcliffe Crescent, Mt Edgecombe, Durban, 4301
Once we have received your returned item/s we will then process the exchange.
Please note: Pierced earrings and underwear are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
2. COLLECTION SERVICE:
We offer a collection service where we can send a courier to collect the item/s from you. There is a charge of R100 for this service from most areas.
Refund option: If you would like to use our collection service – we will deduct R100 off your refund to cover the courier collection.
Exchange option: If you would like an exchange for something else we do ask that you EFT the R100 (And the difference if the exchanging item is more expensive) to:
